Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how we make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee — First Purchase
If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase of any Sorrel & Co product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a full replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee applies to one unit per product, per customer, and is available on first-time purchases only.
To make a claim, email us at hello@sorrel.skin with your order number and a brief description of your concern. We will respond within 2 business days.
Returns — Unopened Products
Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:
• The product must be in its original, sealed condition — unused, with packaging intact.
• You must contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
No Returns on Opened Skincare or Supplements
Because our products are applied to skin or ingested, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all skincare products, the Collagen Powder, and any other ingestible in the range.
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, this policy does not apply — see Damages and Issues below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@sorrel.skin with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Opened skincare products
• Opened dietary supplements (including the Collagen Powder with Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen)
• Sale items and items purchased with a discount code
• Gift cards
If you have a question about a specific item before purchasing, contact us and we will advise.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return your unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@sorrel.skin.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@sorrel.skin within 14 days of receiving your order.
